COVID-19 certificate required for those who want to pass through crossings

Greek Cypriots who resettled in their villages, in the Turkish-occupied part of Cyprus are also entitled to pass through crossing points, in addition to the enclaved, says an announcement by the Office of the Presidential Commissioner, Photis Photiou. A certificate proving that the person who wants to cross is COVID-19 negative is also required.
According to the announcement, following the statement by Government Spokesman, Kyriacos Koushos, in relation to the exchange between the President of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades and the Turkish Cypriot leader, Mustafa Akinci, which resulted in a decision to open crossings on June 8, 2020, the Office of the Presidential Commissioner notes that in addition to the enclaved, those who resettled in the Turkish-occupied part are also entitled to pass through crossing points.
