Lute holds meetings with UK Foreign Secretary and Minister for Europe

The UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for Cyprus Jane Hall Lute has held meetings in London with the political leaders of the Foreign Office.
She was received by both the Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt and the Minister for Europe Sir Alan Duncan.
They both reiterated the British government’s support for a settlement to the Cyprus issue.
In a tweet Sir Alan Duncan described the meeting as “productive”.
“With political will, an agreement remains within reach”, added the UK Minister for Europe.
