Registration of saloon cars increases by 21% in January 2018

January 2018 was the best January in terms of passenger saloon cars registrations since 2008, according to data released Thursday by Statistical Service of Cyprus.

In addition, January 2018 was the second-best month in saloon registrations since July 2009.

The registrations of passenger saloon cars increased by 20.9% to 3.481, from 2.880 in January 2017. Of these, 1,222 were new and 2,259 used.

In January 2018, total registrations of motor vehicles increased by 20.1% to 4,123, from 3,434 in January 2017.
