Cyprus FM to participate in commemorations for the fall of Berlin Wall

Cyprus Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Christodoulides departs on Saturday for Berlin to take part in the celebrations to mark the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall at the invitation of his German counterpart Heiko Maas.
According to an official press release, from Berlin Christodoulides will travel to Brussels for the EU Foreign Affairs Council to be held on Monday, November 11.
During the meeting the EU Foreign Ministers will exchange views on the political situation in Afghanistan, the developments in Sudan at the presence of the country’s Prime Minister, as well as developments in Iran in conjunction with the state of play in the Persian Gulf.
