The leaders of Cyprus, Greece and Egypt expressed on Wednesday their determination to intensify their trilateral dialogue, in order to achieve deeper cooperation on all areas, following the 6th Trilateral Summit, held in Elounda, Greece.
President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades also had the opportunity to inform the Greek Premier, Alexis Tsipras, and the President of Egypt, Abdel Fatah al Sisi, on the latest developments in the Cyprus problem.
Speaking after the Summit, President Anastasiades reiterated his determination to get involved in a dialogue “that will bring finally peace in Cyprus” a country fully compatible with its EU membership obligations, the EU acquis and international law.
