The results of the study on the Israel-Cyprus-Crete EuroAsia Interconnector electricity interconnection project, which has been renamed as Great Sea Interconnector, look positive and the Republic of Cyprus' decision on whether or not to participate in the project will be taken by the end of January, Energy Minister George Papanastasiou said on Thursday, following a meeting at the Presidential Palace, in the presence of President Nikos Christodoulides, with a delegation of the Independent Power Transmission Operator (ADMIE) of Greece, which is the project's implementing body.
