Cyprus’ Presidency places particular emphasis on strengthening the European Child Guarantee, the Deputy Minister of Social Welfare, Clea Papaellina, said in her address to the High-level Conference “No Child is Left Behind: Promoting Child Well-Being and Combating Child Poverty” organized by the Cyprus’ Presidency of the Council of the European Union, in Nicosia, on Wednesday.
