Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi reaffirmed in Cairo on Monday their commitment to further deepening the strategic relationship between Cyprus and Egypt, with emphasis on the commercial development of hydrocarbons and the advancement of the Eastern Mediterranean energy corridor, according to a written statement by the Director of the President’s Press Office, Victor Papadopoulos.
