The number of infected sheep and goat units in Larnaca and Nicosia has risen to 59 after five more units tested positive to Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in affected areas, while epidemiological sampling carried out on the basis of a statistical sample in all districts was completed yesterday and has so far returned negative results.
