The quality of a healthcare system is not reflected solely in its infrastructure, its technological capacity, or its scientific excellence but also in the way it treats the person who needs its care, Health Minister Neophytos Charalambides said Monday, during a speech at an event organized by the Hellenic Patients’ Association in Athens.
