The deadlock in the Cyprus problem can be broken by the commitment of the two leaders to take initiatives aimed at building trust, leading towards a meaningful process through publicising and safeguarding the existing body of work, Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot political parties said in a Joint Communiqué following a meeting, on Tuesday, under the auspices of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Nicosia.
