Cyprus and nine other EU member states have sent their loan agreements to the European Commission under the SAFE programme, Commission spokesperson Thomas Regnier announced. The countries that have returned their loan agreements to the Commission are Cyprus, Poland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Romania and Slovakia.
