Children’s well-being, mental health, educational quality, and personal fulfillment must never become privileges for a select few, Sarah El Haïry, High Commissioner for Children in France, said in an interview with the CNA, on the occasion of her visit to Cyprus for the High-Level Conference entitled “No Child Is Left Behind: Promoting Child Well-Being and Combating Child Poverty” organized, in Nicosia, in the framework of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU) and co-funded by the European Commission.
