The Cyprus Court of Appeal dismissed on Thursday a lawsuit against the Attorney General of the Republic and the Minister of Interior in his capacity as Guardian of Turkish Cypriot Properties in relation to a Turkish Cypriot property (of 125 plots) in the Paphos district. The Paphos International Airport, the "Andreas Papandreou" Air Force Base, and a self-housing settlement where built in part of that property, while plots were given for agricultural cultivation to Greek Cypriot refugees.
