The Law Office of the Republic of Cyprus has stressed that it considers as extremely important the Decision of the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence, France, dated July 1, 2026, to accept the request for the execution of a European Arrest Warrant, issued by the Authorities of the Republic of Cyprus, against a Lithuanian national, in relation to the usurpation of Greek Cypriot properties in the Turkish occupied areas of the Republic.
