Cyprus' Minister of Foreign Affairs, Constantinos Kombos, continued on Tuesday his bilateral meetings with several of his counterparts currently visiting New York on the occasion of the UN General Assembly and signed an Air Services Agreement with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda, Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe, aiming to increase connectivity between Cyprus and Rwanda, as well as an MoU on Political Consultations with his Romanian counterpart, Toiu Oana.
