The implementation of the new European Pact on Migration and Asylum, the need for tangible solidarity towards states under migratory pressure, and the development of legal migration pathways to address labour market needs were among the issues highlighted by Deputy Minister of Migration and International Protection Nicholas Ioannides, who spoke at the Cyprus Forum, on Tuesday, in Nicosia.
