The need to strengthen Europe's resilience to water scarcity and the impacts of climate change was highlighted on Thursday by European Commissioner for Fisheries and Oceans Costas Kadis, who referred to the new European framework for climate resilience. Meanwhile, Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment Christos Senekis said the Government was reviewing the organisation of the water sector, as well as different options for its future oversight and regulation.
