Cyprus-Israel relations are based on mutual respect and international law, without being a zero-sum game and without being affected by any normalisation of Israel's relations with Turkey, Cyprus’ Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides said on Wednesday during a telephone conversation with his new Israeli counterpart, Eli Cohen, on the occasion of his appointment.
