United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres will participate in the next summit of the European Council in March, European Council President Charles Michel announced in a tweet posted on the occasion of both officials attending the annual summit of the African Union in Addis Ababa, in Ethiopia, held from February 17^th to 19^th.
