Director of the Cyprus Transmission System Operator (TSOC) Stavros Stavrinos told CNA on Sunday that the TSOC has applied to the Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority (CERA) to secure an in principle approval to develop energy storage systems, exercising the right granted to it by the law.
