Greece is providing assistance to Cyprus by sending 26 forest rangers from the Special Forest Operations Units (E.MO.DE.), 16 of whom are from the 1st E.MO.DE. (Athens) and 10 from the 2nd E.MO.DE. (Thessaloniki) to help extinguish a large forest fire raging in the Limassol area of Cyprus.
