The Cyprus problem is a soluble issue, outgoing UNSG Special Representative and Head of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP), Colin Stewart, said on Monday after a farewell meeting with President Nikos Christodoulides at the Presidential Palace.
