Three elderly individuals are being treated for severe heatstroke at Nicosia General Hospital, as the particularly high temperatures and prolonged heatwave of recent days continue to affect the population, mainly affecting the vulnerable groups, State Health Services Organisation (OKYpY) spokesperson Charalambos Charilaou told CNA on Thursday.
