In a move to cement Cyprus’ role as a regional innovation hub, the Chief Scientist and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF), Demetris Skourides and Invest Cyprus CEO, Marios Tannousis, have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
