The head of the Cypriot delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) and Vice-President of the Assembly, Nicos Tornaritis, has sent a letter to his counterparts regarding the illegal arrest in July and the ongoing detention of five Greek Cypriots by the occupation regime in the Turkish occupied north of Cyprus, calling on the heads of the national delegations to PACE to raise this issue with their respective governments and parliaments and to condemn the illegal arrest and detention of the Greek Cypriots.
