The World Conference of Overseas Cypriots calls upon the United Kingdom, European Union, and the United States to intensify their diplomatic engagement towards the immediate commencement of substantive and good faith negotiations and to exert their influence on Turkey to abandon its partitionist policies and to contribute decisively to the settlement of the Cyprus question.
