The Council of Europe will soon send a technical mission to Cyprus to explore ways of unblocking the long-pending execution of European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) judgments relating to the island, Secretary General Alain Berset told the Cyprus News Agency, in an interview during his official visit to Nicosia. Among others, Berset had a meeting with Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides.
