The ongoing illegal detention by the occupation regime of five displaced Greek Cypriots, who wanted to visit their properties  in Cyprus' Turkish occupied areas, is directly linked with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) decision as regards Cyprus' Fourth Interstate Appeal Against Turkey and the need to continue monitoring its implementation by Turkey, Foreign Minister, Constantinos Kombos said on Tuesday.
