The recent illegal arrest of five Greek Cypriots who attempted to visit their properties in areas not under the effective control of the Republic of Cyprus has been the focus of an international report, highlighting once again the difficulties Cyprus faces in human rights issues, Maria Stylianou Lottides, Commissioner for the Administration and Protection of Human Rights, said in a written statement.
