Cypriot Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, Maria Panayiotou, presented on Monday the Ministry’s 2026 budget to the Parliamentary Committee on Finance, emphasizing the government's strong commitment to water resource management. Notably, 38% of the total budget will be allocated to addressing water needs through a comprehensive plan comprising 28 initiatives, as she noted.
