The Cyprus EU Presidency will work for an “Autonomous Union Open to the World,” President of the Republic Nikos Christodoulides said on Sunday during the presentation of the program and priorities of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU), due to start on January 1, 2026 for a term of six months.
