Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides said the goal of the Cyprus–Greece–Israel trilateral summit, taking place on Monday in Israel, is to help create conditions for security and cooperation across the wider Middle East. Speaking in Lefkara on the sidelines of an event presenting the priorities of Cyprus’ upcoming Presidency of the Council of the European Union, President Christodoulides described the trip as “very important.”
