The importance of the alignment between legislation and funding, across sectors, and between EU and national policies was highlighted by the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, Maria Panayiotou, at the Informal Council of Environment Ministers, held in the context of the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the European Union, on Friday in Nicosia. The Minister noted that climate resilience must be integrated into every relevant law and policy.
