The first phase of the Pre-Departure Centre at “Limnes”, in Larnaka district, has been completed and handed over on Friday, with the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Alexis Vafeadis, noting that the project will support the efforts of the Republic of Cyprus in managing migration.
