The Minister of Justice and Public Order, Costas Fitiris, emphasized on Monday the obligation of the Republic of Cyprus to comply with the agreement it signed for the transfer of convicts to their country of origin, in relation to Israel's request for the transfer to his country of Simon Aykut, who was sentenced to five years in prison for usurping Greek Cypriot property.
