The aim of the negotiations with the Italian energy company ENI is the sale of natural gas to Europe via Egypt in 2027, government sources told CNA, in relation to President Nikos Christodoulides’ meeting in Rome on Friday with ENI Chief Executive Officer Claudio Descalzi.
