Cyprus' candidate for the Presidency of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly, Ambassador Andreas Kakouris, presented his vision for the role, stressing that the candidacy is grounded in “a simple premise: service” and the responsibility of “restoring confidence in the United Nations and in the way we work together.”
