An annual increase of 4.7% was recorded in the Residential Property Price Index during the second quarter of 2025, according to data published on Friday by the Central Bank of Cyprus, highlighting an accelerating increase in the Property Price Index for apartments and a slowdown in the increase in the Property Price Index of Houses.
