Deputy Minister for European Affairs, Marilena Raouna, outlined on Tuesday at the General Affairs Council, in view of the assumption by Cyprus of the rotating Presidency of the Council of the European Union, Nicosia's priorities ahead of the EU Summit that will be held on December 18-19 in Brussels.
