“Public dialogue and meaningful participation […] are fundamental conditions for a resilient democracy and substantial elements of a credible rule of law,” Minister of the Interior, Constantinos Ioannou, said on Tuesday, during his address at a panel discussion, on the second day of a High-Level Conference on rule of law, taking place in Nicosia, within the frame work of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU.
