University of Cyprus Hosts the 7th Global Conference on IHRM
“Critical Perspectives on IHRM: How to Be More Inclusive”
The University of Cyprus will host the 7th Global Conference on International Human Resource Management (GCIHRM) on 23–24 September 2026, under the theme “Critical Perspectives on IHRM: How to Be More Inclusive”.
International HRM must respond to a complex and interconnected world with more critical and inclusive thinking. The Conference will challenge long-held assumptions, examine whose voices are represented and explore how new research and practice can better reflect diverse cultural, political and organisational contexts. Discussions will address global mobility, cross-cultural management, AI implementation and sustainability, as well as HRM’s role in building inclusive and resilient workplaces amid crises and uncertainty. Through presentations, discussions and networking, scholars and practitioners from around the world will exchange insights and build collaborations that help shape the future of IHRM research and practice.
*A limited number of complimentary places for the keynote speeches will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To express your interest, please contact Christiana Ierodiakonou at c.ierodiakonou@ucy.ac.cy.
