The leaders of Greece, Germany and France welcomed on Thursday the release of the EU loan for Ukraine. Their statements were made upon their arrival to the Informal Meeting of the Heads of State and Government that takes place in Ayia Napa Marina, in Cyprus, which holds this semester's rotating Presidency of the Council of the EU.
