Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed on Thursday satisfaction over a decision taken by the Committee of Deputy Ministers of the Council of Europe, as Turkey failed to convince the Deputy Ministers about its compliance with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) judgment on property cluster in the context of the 4th interstate Case Cyprus v. Türkiye.
