The President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, speaking from Paphos at the High-Level Conference “Strengthening the Islands and Coastal Communities of the EU,” announced on Friday two European Commission strategies, the “Strategy for Islands” and the “Strategy for Resilient, Prosperous and Sustainable Coastal Areas” which he linked to the recent conclusions of the European Council.
