The American Hellenic Institute has urged US President Donald Trump to halt the proposed sale of more than $700 million in GE F110 engines to Turkey for its KAAN fighter aircraft and to ensure that Ankara is not allowed to acquire F-35 fighter jets unless it fully meets US legal and national security requirements.
