The continuation of the Republic of Cyprus is an “absolute red line”, and a two-state solution or a disguised confederation is not up for discussion, President Nikos Christodoulides said on Monday. “I will not become the President of partition,” he stressed, vowing that he would never sign an agreement that is not functional, sustainable, and resilient over time.
