The new Multiannual Financial Framework will be central to the discussions between President Nikos Christodoulides and European Council President António Costa who will be in Nicosia on Friday morning as part of his tour of the capitals of EU Member States, Government Spokesperson Konstantinos Letymbiotis said Thursday.
