Foreign Minister, Constantinos Kombos, will raise the issue of the illegal “Memorandum of Understanding” between Turkey and the illegal secessionist entity in the Turkish-occupied areas of the Republic of Cyprus, concerning the construction of an undersea natural gas pipeline, before his European counterparts, in Luxembourg, on Monday.
