Cyprus' Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Maria Michail, stressed that discussions on Special Political Missions in the General Assembly's 5th Committee should focus exclusively on budgetary matters, during her statement on 14 October concerning the proposed programme budget for 2027.
